Virtual Open House 360 Virtual Tour FAQ

Q: What is a Virtual Open House?
A: Virtual Open House is also known as a virtual tour and we use the two terms interchangeably. Our virtual tours allow the viewer to look up to see the chandelier overhead, and down to see the tile, and all around, just like you would if you were actually at an open house. Virtualopenhouse360 gives you that freedom to look around the environment, without leaving the comfort of your home. At Virtualopenhouse360 we understand that your time is valuable and we strive to give you the most realistic experience in virtual tours today, unlike most of the disappointing ones you may see that merely provide a slideshow of still images.

Q: How do I place an order?
A: E-mail, Fax, or Call us. We will be happy to answer any questions or schedule a virtual tour. Our contact info can be found on our Contact Us page.

Q: How soon can you schedule the virtual tour to be photographed?
A: Usually the virtual tour is scheduled at the time it is ordered; otherwise, we will contact you within 24 hours or the next business day.

Q: How soon will my virtual tour be posted after the photo shoot?
A: We can usually get your virtual tour posted by the end of the next business day. You will get a confirmation email when it is finished and posted.

Q: Do I need to be present while the virtual tour is being photographed?
A: VirtualOpenHouse360 recommends you be there to answer any of the photographers’ questions and ensure we meet your requirements. Our schedule is very flexible, but if you are still unable to find a time that meets your needs, you will only need to provide us access to the property in order for us to shoot the virtual tour. In this instance, tour locations and focus are at the discretion of the photographer.

Q: What is needed to prepare the property for the photo shoot?
A: The property should be tidy and clean as it should be for any showing. All preparations should be completed prior to your scheduled appointment time. Keep in mind that everything from ceiling to floor will be visible. Please check to assure that all lamp and light fixtures are in working condition because a well lit home presents itself best. Our photographers will make further adjustments to assure that the best lighting is used.

Q: How long does it take for the virtual tour to be photographed?
A: It will take approximately 45-90 minutes to shoot a residential property. This is also dependent upon how many scenes are being captured. The home should be 100% ready to shoot as soon as the photographer arrives.

Q: Are there limitations to where and how long my virtual tour can be posted?
A: No. Feel free to link or place your virtual tour anywhere. When virtualopenhouse360.com posts your virtual tour on our website, we will leave it online until the property is sold or no longer active on MLS. If you need it online longer for any reason, just let us know.

Q: Do you offer virtual tour services outside of the Phoenix Metropolitan area?
A: Yes, our services extend to all of Arizona. If necessary, we will factor in transportation costs into our price so there are no hidden costs.

Q: Once the virtual tour is posted online, can I change the price or other details of my listing?
A: Certainly, simply email, call, or fax us with the new price or wording you want and we'll make the change right away.

Q: Can my virtual tour be posted to my MLS?
A: Yes, we will work with you and your local MLS to get your virtual tour posted with them. Usually, it’s as easy as adding an MLS compliant link we provide to the property’s MLS listing.

Q: Can my virtual tour be posted to Realtor.com?
A: Yes, we are an authorized Picture Path Partner of Realtor.com, which allows us to post your virtual tour directly to Realtor.com provided the property is listed. For non-showcase listings, Realtor.com charges $20 which can be paid through us. Studies have shown that a real estate listing on Realtor.com with a virtual tour link receives 40% more exposure than those without.

Q: Do I need to download or buy any special software?
A: No, the software needed to operate the virtual tour is standard on most modern internet enabled computers. However, if you are having problems viewing a virtual tour, please Contact Us.
